About Seksy

I'm Andrew Yskes [pronounced "ice-kiss"], and I'm a Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor, I'm 55 years old and live in Edmonton, Canada.

If you haven't figured it out, "Seksy" is backwards for "Yskes." [We like it.]

Before & Now

Here is a comparison photo of me in 2009, 2012 and in January 2016. I shed over 40 lbs of fat and have kept it off and replaced it with more muscle. I am fitter now than I was even in 2012, and feel great.

In 2009 I thought I was fine, and compared to most guys my age, I was in great shape but not really; I was overweight and out of shape (yes, round is a shape, but not a good one for the human body) and dealing with injuries.

What happened? I changed my diet, started eating healthier and increased my exercise. My health and fitness challenge included getting fit and stronger. Of course this didn't happen over night; it's taken consistent effort and healthier choices of what I do and what I eat every day, to maintain good health.

I became a certified Personal Trainer in 2012 and Group Fitness Instructor in 2014, and created the Real Motion™ Workouts so I can help even more people with their health transformation. My own transformation proves that it works, and yes, even you can do it.
